Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all schools in your area are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Provide support to the Estates Development Manager on local capital projects, manage contractors, and report on agreed key areas.
- Respond to all requests received from your schools in an appropriate and professional manner, logging and reporting actions and outcomes.
- Follow the trust's health & safety policy at all times.
- Act as an additional key holder for all sites within your area and attend emergency call outs as necessary.
