Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager with a history of supporting Software and data-centric projects in secure environments to join our dynamic team in driving digital transformation projects within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage diverse technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal and supplier teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Provide consultancy-style reports, and engage in business analysis and requirements capture.
- Ensure rigorous IT service management and software deployment processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, especially within the public sector.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly in digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Recognized Project Management qualifications (e.g., Agile Practitioner).
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, and ITIL v4.
- Ability to gain UK Security Clearance (SC).
Desirable
- Knowledge of: The National Archives, Archive Management Systems, Public Records Act and Freedom of Information Act.
- An understanding of public sector acquisition practices and examination.
- Degree (or equivalent) in numerate subjects such as, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or Physics.
