The Position
We are seeking a Night Porter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for various hotel reception tasks, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, and preparing the hotel and conference areas for the following day. Strong customer service abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including database management, are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, exhibit professionalism, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills while meeting deadlines.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude towards hospitality are crucial, as you will be required to work both collaboratively and independently. Given the bustling nature of our hotels and conference centers, this role is very much hands-on.
