Senior Paid Search Manager

As a Senior Paid Search Manager at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be responsible for leading our global paid search accounts, including Shopping ads. You will design market-specific strategies, implement and optimise campaigns, and manage budgets to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and advise on building paid search and shopping campaigns, including campaign structure, ads, keywords, ad extensions, tracking, etc.
- Manage, implement, and optimise our global accounts on a day-to-day basis, including feed optimisation.
- Manage the budget and P&L for our paid search and shopping ads, ensuring channel maintains strong ROAS.
- Monitor the Paid Search Testing roadmap, helping to drive optimisation initiatives and liaising with wider teams.
- Plan and implement changes to support product/event launches and BAU activities.
- Lead campaign analysis, reporting, and communication of KPIs.
- Contribute to the Global Paid Search Strategy for Charlotte Tilbury.
- Proven track record of working in Paid Search, preferably from a high-growth company or agency with measurable results.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, bringing new ideas and ways of working to the table.
- 5-7 years' experience in a Management Position and looking to step up.
- Commercially driven with an eye for detail and a focus on analysis.
- Experience in large-scale Paid Search Strategies in competitive industries with a proven track record of managing multimillion budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker SA360, and other tracking tools like SEMRush, Google Trends.
