Salary:
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
To support the upkeep of the safety, security, and overall integrity of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Surveillance of CCTV systems and conducting regular patrols across the site.
2. Managing entry and exit points, ensuring a secure environment.
3. Documenting all vehicle movements on the premises.
4. Organizing vehicle parking to optimize space utilization.
5. Adhering to safety regulations to foster a secure atmosphere for clients, visitors, and personnel.
6. Handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
7. Greeting and assisting customers and visitors upon arrival.
Essential Skills:
Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
