Domestic Cleaning RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and meticulous Domestic Cleaning Professional to join our team at our care home in Harlow, Essex. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
Your Responsibilities:- Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct deep cleans on a rotating schedule, encompassing floors, soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings, windows, and walls.
- Properly dispose of waste materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns in accordance with established procedures.
- Adhere to COSHH and Infection Control Regulations.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with residents, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
- A genuine kindness and compassion for the well-being of others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a cleaning or domestic role is desirable but not essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Flexible work schedule, comprising 28 hours per week.
