Job Summary:
CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a PE-backed services company to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This role involves leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial reports to private equity shareholders.
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities.
- Coordinate the annual audit process, including audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in audit.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in preparing statutory accounts and management reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the financial reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
