This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week at a rate of £12.00 per hour.
Our establishment is unique, serving a vibrant and established recovery community that integrates seamlessly with the general public and various partners, as well as local residents.

Our venue, which has been operational since 2011, is recognized as a pioneering alcohol-free café bar in the UK.

In addition to providing nutritious meals and a diverse selection of non-alcoholic beverages, we offer a discreet environment for individuals facing addiction challenges to seek assistance and support.

We are a well-respected central hub that features an entertainment space, hosting activities such as open mic nights, film screenings, afternoon teas, holistic therapies, and community forums.

We seek individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of demonstrating empathy in alignment with our community values.

The role involves significant responsibility in supporting those in recovery and those pursuing long-term recovery, and we encourage applicants with similar experiences or relevant lived experiences to apply.

The ideal candidate should be available for shifts throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with occasional late-night sessions.

Responsibilities include assisting the Supervisor and General Manager in delivering services and events, as well as supporting kitchen staff with general culinary and café tasks.

While the following skills and experiences are preferred, they are not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive induction and ongoing training to enhance our workforce:
