We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our store in Manchester Trafford. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the effective operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service, providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Plan, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze and review management indicators and costs to optimize stock levels and maximize sales.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Implement and maintain merchandising standards to optimize selling space and drive sales.
  • Staff Management: Ensure the optimal management of personnel administration duties, including employee development and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry.
