Role Overview

The Head of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to Health and Safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Acumen: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's capabilities and resources to craft high-quality tender submissions that meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Provide leadership and direction to tender teams, including design, construction, planning, submission, estimation, commercial, legal, and review sectors, ensuring seamless collaboration, motivation, and efficiency for optimal results.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Engage with various teams within the organization to fulfill their roles effectively, leveraging lessons learned and experiences from previous projects to ensure successful handovers to the delivery team.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of both technical and commercial project risks, integrating insights from subject matter experts to inform decision-making.
  • Promoting Company Values: Uphold and advocate for the core values of the organization in all interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Assist in negotiating commercial agreements with Joint Venture partners.
