Senior Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Spot, a leading architecture, design, and planning firm based in the UK. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in managing multiple projects, ensuring the seamless planning and coordination of key project documentation, handling project and contract administration, and securing necessary consents and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction legislation, including the CDM and Building Safety Act 2022.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Part III Architect or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience working in the UK, with a strong background in project control and higher-risk buildings.
- Proven track record of managing projects efficiently and profitably, with excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Registration with the Architects Registration Board and RIBA, with a proactive approach to business development.
