Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and support each other in achieving sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven sales experience in a field sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Full clean UK driving license and a valid right to work in the UK.
- Competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum.
- £250 per month car allowance to support your sales activities.
- Full training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role.
