Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Opportunity

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Emotional Wellbeing Team.

As a CBT Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy to private sector clients, working with a diverse range of individuals and organisations. You will be based at various Nuffield Health locations, delivering remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments, supported by our experienced case management and administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality CBT therapy to clients, working with a range of presenting issues.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each client.
  • Work closely with our case management team to ensure seamless client care.
Requirements:
  • Accreditation to BABCP (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum).
  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
