Job Title: Graduate Product Designer

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Product Designer to join our team in Featherstone, West Yorkshire. As a Graduate Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing products from concept to production-ready, using Solidworks to create 3D product drawings, and creating high-quality customer-facing concept presentations.

About the Role

  • Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet customer needs and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and industry trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sustainable packaging

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or relevant equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Solidworks or similar CAD packages
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ability useful
  • Good knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods
  • CNC and Vacuum Forming knowledge useful but not essential
