Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Drop Driver to join our team at Alliance Healthcare. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure it is in a roadworthy condition.
  • Report any faults, breakdowns, accidents, or delays to management.
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Collect goods returned for credit, mail, and delivery bins, and return them to the branch as instructed.
  • Deal with damages or breakages promptly and correctly, following special procedures for hazardous materials.
  • Maintain a smart appearance and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other duties, including warehouse tasks, as defined by management.
  • Meet all health and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • A full driving license relevant to the vehicle being driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Previous experience of multi-drop delivery driving is highly desirable.
  • Route planning experience is also desirable.
Working Conditions

This role requires manual handling tasks, including lifting and bending. Applicants must be able to carry out these duties without any reasonable adjustments.
