Job Overview

  • Develop and implement effective SMCR strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on regulatory matters, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Design and manage risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the organization remains compliant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on SMCR to staff at all levels, ensuring a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Lead a small team of risk and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
