Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality post-operative care to patients, monitoring their recovery and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Theatre team to ensure seamless operations and efficient patient flow.
- Make informed decisions with autonomy and support, prioritizing patient care and safety.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a positive recovery experience.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- 12 months experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential).
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
