Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join our growing team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the daily finance tasks for the finance function. This includes supporting the preparation of completion of Management Accounts and the budget process, managing the completion of Finance reports and balance sheet recs for the business, and working to strict deadlines in completing cash flow reports and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of completion of Management Accounts and the budget process
- Manage the completion of Finance reports and balance sheet recs for the business
- Work to strict deadlines in completing cash flow reports and forecasting
- Produce KPI reports for management
- Manage a small team to meet key deadlines
- Owning the costing process reviews and continual process improvement
Requirements:
- Ideal Qualifications: CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant
- Previous management experience in a finance-based role
- Relevant accounting background in a growing SME environment
- Excellent communicator to build great working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong Commercial awareness with the ability to influence change
- Strong attention to detail
