Anderson Knight is seeking a dedicated Procurement Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting the procurement department with sourcing, ordering, and overseeing inventory management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain partnerships with vendors to guarantee prompt deliveries and advantageous conditions.
- Inventory Oversight: Track stock levels and initiate orders to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Price Negotiation: Engage in discussions regarding pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Record Keeping: Ensure precise documentation of purchases, pricing, and other critical information.
- Data Analysis: Assist in generating reports and evaluating data to inform procurement strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, including sales and marketing, to synchronize procurement efforts with organizational objectives.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a procurement or purchasing capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
