Data Science Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Data Science Manager to join our Advanced Analytics team at a Tier 1 Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and ongoing support of AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10 data scientists responsible for leading the development, deployment, and ongoing support of AI/ML models.
  • Oversee the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring best practices in ML Ops.
  • Manage governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring AI/ML projects adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, communicating AI strategies and delivering valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of governance and compliance in AI/ML technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex AI strategies to various audiences.
