Lead the Future of Data Science

At KDR Talent Solutions, we're seeking a visionary leader to drive our data science initiatives forward. As the Head of Data Science, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying AI and ML models that transform our business.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team of data scientists and drive innovation across the organization. You'll work closely with senior leaders to communicate strategies and outcomes, and stay on top of the latest advancements in AI and ML to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI and ML strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards across all AI and ML initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong governance and risk management frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics into business operations
What We're Looking For
  • A proven leader with experience in managing AI and ML technologies
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies
  • Strong people management skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Requirements
  • Define and enforce AI and ML policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Own the relationship with third-party partners and ensure models meet security and data protection standards
  • Drive a customer-first culture and improve outcomes through AI and ML
