Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Coordinator at Pertemps Bond, you will be instrumental in managing and executing projects to guarantee compliance with industry standards while ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing both technical and financial dimensions of contracts
  • Conducting thorough site evaluations and coordinating material procurement
  • Representing the organization with professionalism during site and contract discussions
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and health and safety regulations
  • Creating Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals
  • Engaging with clients, external parties, and internal management
  • Communicating project challenges to senior leadership
  • Identifying solutions and proposing alternative strategies

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in engineering and working at elevated heights
  • Proficiency in project management software, CAD, Visio, and database management
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as BSEN 12845, BS9251:2014, and BS9990:2015
  • Experience in Wet and Dry Riser engineering
  • Possession of LPC certifications and project management expertise in fire sprinkler systems
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
