The Role: Data-Driven Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data-Driven Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and maintaining our hybrid infrastructure environment. Your expertise in data analysis and technological innovation will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making and enhancing our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform infrastructure design and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for our hybrid infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in data-driven infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with large data sets and conducting in-depth data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure architectures and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Security Clearance:

This role requires candidates to currently hold active SC clearance and be eligible and willing to undergo Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. This aspect will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

Location:

The position requires an on-site presence 5 days per week at our locations around Worcester, Gloucester, Great Malvern (England), Ebbw Vale, and Brynmawr (Wales).
