Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management assignments, ensuring comprehensive service delivery from initiation to completion.
- Guarantee that client goals are achieved while adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
Specific Duties Include:
- Defining the overall success criteria for projects, encompassing time, cost, technical, and performance metrics.
- Ensuring that quality, safety, health, and environmental concerns are communicated to the relevant management.
- Establishing robust project governance frameworks, processes, and systems for effective project execution.
- Providing guidance on resource procurement.
- Leading and coordinating the cross-functional project team.
- Managing the change control process effectively.
- Monitoring project finances and providing advisory support.
- Facilitating communication between the project team and clients through regular updates and documentation.
- Taking a proactive role in client and consultant interactions throughout all project phases.
Business Development and Marketing:
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and reporting these to the appropriate management.

Qualifications:
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- Experience in a construction consultancy environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within the digital/data center sector.
- Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture are required.
- Chartered status or progress towards it is essential.
- A comprehensive understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from conception through to completion and post-project evaluation.
- Extensive knowledge of core project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
