Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Representative, or in a Customer Service role is advantageous. We will offer comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your position, but a positive attitude and the right behaviors are essential. Our stores foster a familial environment that encourages learning, growth, and enjoyment at work.

We have part-time Customer Advisor positions available at our new retail location.

The following contract options are available:

16 hours over 4 days

12 hours over 3 days

10 hours over 2 days

8 hours over 2 days

Flexibility is required as the roles will involve a combination of weekend and weekday shifts.

Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Customer Advisor

£11.70 per hour (£9.60 for ages 16-17 at £7.85 per hour)

Upon completion of the necessary retail induction and PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour (£9.87 for ages 16-17 at £8.07 per hour)

Daily Responsibilities as our Customer Advisor

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Advise customers on footwear care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs in the process
  • Demonstrate self-awareness, being able to reflect, learn, and take responsibility for your actions
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive demeanor
  • Assist in maintaining store standards, product placements, and stockroom organization
