Job Overview

As a pivotal member of the Frasers Group, the Experimentation Specialist will champion the ethos of experimentation within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop experimentation strategies that align with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for a culture of experimentation, working alongside the Experimentation Lead to promote innovative testing methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to create and refine experimentation roadmaps that support business objectives. Provide expert consultation on best practices throughout the experimentation lifecycle, from conceptualization to analysis of results. Enhance the experimentation platform by driving improvements in tools, dashboards, and frameworks that foster a robust testing culture. Serve as a liaison between digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation teams to ensure alignment in testing approaches that meet business needs. Demonstrate a clear understanding of causal influence and incrementality testing, offering insights on their integration into digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with the analytics team to dissect and interpret complex experimental data, translating findings into actionable insights. Communicate data and insights effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance in presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment. Manage multiple experimentation initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Marketing or Experimentation role. Proven understanding of the fundamental principles of experimentation in Digital Marketing, especially in causal influence and incrementality testing. In-depth knowledge of factors influencing on-site key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments. Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ContentSquare. Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design. Proficient in stakeholder engagement, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated to contribute to a collaborative Experimentation team that thrives on continuous improvement and feedback. Experience in the eCommerce sector is preferred. Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
