Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Support the Home Manager in the management of the care home, including staff supervision and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual resident needs.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the care home operates within regulatory standards and best practices.
- Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active pin.
- Proven experience in dementia care and management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care home management.
