About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, local authorities, and other external partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Provide support to operational teams to ensure effective delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, budgets, and reports.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners and local authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
