Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Primary Outreach Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Primary Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective 1:1 lessons to pupils
  • Assess and evaluate pupil progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a teacher or tutor, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in primary education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
