Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to join our team and help drive our operational excellence as we continue to grow. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
- Raise purchase orders and check on lead times with suppliers/ freight partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage projects aimed at operational enhancements.
- Help with packing and dispatching orders to customers and retailers.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- ~1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- ~ Proficiency in using operations management software and tools including Shopify.
- ~ Knowledge of Xero, Shopify, Gorgias, warehouse management software.
