Operational Duties
  • Manage new orders according to established procedures.

  • Monitor key orders and maintain communication with buyers and planners.
  • Engage with vendors regarding essential purchase orders.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the planning supervisor or manufacturing manager.
Communication
  • Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and responsibilities to team members.
Financial Accountability
  • All employees are expected to demonstrate financial responsibility in their roles.
  • Ensure costs are managed within approved budgets and processed in accordance with financial policies.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in planning or scheduling within an MRP-driven manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in business or a technical field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
