About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Labourer to join our team at Fugro NL Services B.V. in the ROV workshop and yard. As a key member of our team, you will provide general support and assistance to our workshop technicians, ensuring the yard and workshop are kept clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the yard and workshop are maintained in a clean and organized state
  • Assist in material handling, including the movement, protection, storage, and control of company-owned equipment
  • Safely operate basic hand and power tools, and assist in various tasks under the guidance of workshop technicians
  • Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor, including cleaning of equipment and light maintenance
  • Assist in carrying out ROV system inventory checks
  • Operate a forklift and drive company vehicles as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet physical demands of the job
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a safe and timely manner
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Labourer and a valid UK forklift license are desirable
