Are you an experienced Plant Technician with expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting, seeking a highly independent role where you can manage your own schedule and represent a reputable company?

In this position, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of plant and agricultural machinery. You will receive specialized, manufacturer-approved training on the company's primary equipment, enabling you to become a fully self-sufficient Field Engineer. Additionally, there are opportunities for career advancement into supervisory roles and even depot management for driven individuals.
This organization is a leading manufacturer and distributor of plant, construction, and agricultural machinery in the UK. With a strong reputation built over 40 years for delivering top-quality equipment, they are looking to expand their team in line with their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to breakdowns at client locations, performing service and repairs on plant and agricultural machinery
  • Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics
  • Operating within a local area with door-to-door pay and occasional overnight stays
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience as a Plant Technician or Engineer
  • Desire for an independent working environment
  • Valid UK Driver's License
