Role Overview:
As a motivated individual eager to advance your career, you may have begun your journey by obtaining or pursuing a relevant BTEC HNC or Degree level qualification in Construction Quantity Surveying.

In this graduate role, you will receive comprehensive training and report directly to the Estimating Director. You will collaborate closely with the contracts and design teams during both the pre-submission and post-order phases, continuing through to the completion of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of your training and support, you will assist with the following tasks:

  1. Calculating material take-offs and preparing cost analyses for client approvals.
  2. Conducting monthly job costing forecasts and analyses.
  3. Demonstrating self-motivation along with strong planning and organizational skills.
  4. Adopting a flexible approach and effectively prioritizing tasks.
