Sales Manager

At JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining current accounts, achieving sales targets, and monitoring sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Supervise and authorise work done by sales and marketing staff, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the managing director and other directors to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Travel to suppliers, customers, and industry events to build relationships and promote our services.
- Japanese mother tongue and fluent English ability in writing and speaking.
- Work experience at a Japanese trading house and in a management role.
- Engineering background and driving licence holder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
