As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for various employee relations matters, while also leading initiatives related to employee wellbeing throughout the organization. Your role will involve enhancing the capability of people management to proactively address and manage employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management support for managers at all levels concerning employee relations issues, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, attendance, investigations, and appeals.
- Assist in the preparation for employment tribunal hearings when necessary.
- Utilize data insights to collaborate with managers on attendance management, including complex occupational health assessments.
Wellbeing Initiatives
- Design, implement, and promote a comprehensive wellbeing program across the organization.
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to wellbeing initiatives, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify trends.
Support Across the Employee Lifecycle
- Contribute to various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compensation, policy development, talent management, and employee experience as needed.
- Assist with monitoring HR requests and participate in recruitment campaigns during peak periods.
