As the UK Country Manager for GIOVANNI RASPINI, you will be the local ambassador for the brand, responsible for both wholesale and retail channels. Your role will involve representing the brand, actively working on wholesale client acquisition, identifying and proposing new distribution channels and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Plan, control, and achieve sales targets, generate brand visibility, and increase in-store performances.
- Team Management: Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions, manage and motivate people to drive the business, and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
Our flagship store in Mayfair - London will be your base of operations. You will be directly accountable for developing the whole business in strong connection with the corporate Headquarter. This is a challenging UK mission in a well-known Italian company, offering an attractive and competitive package.
Requirements:
- Confidence with detailed sales reporting, market insight, etc.
- Ability to manage customer visits in an efficient manner.
- Experience in organizing regular trainings of partners (product and sales).
- Ability to start new collaborations with top luxury department stores.
- Act as ambassador in the market, representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR).
