Associate Non-Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our board as an Associate Non-Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our organisation and make a meaningful impact on our operations.

About the Role

The Associate Non-Executive Director will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to our senior leadership team, contributing to key policy decisions, and representing the organisation at board and committee meetings.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of three days per month to undertake the role successfully.

Requirements
  • Senior management or C-Suite experience
  • Understanding of Social Care and/or Mental Health
  • Ability to contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
