Associate Non-Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our board as an Associate Non-Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our organisation and make a meaningful impact on our operations.

About the Role

The Associate Non-Executive Director will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to our senior leadership team, helping to shape our organisational strategy and drive business growth. You will be expected to attend board meetings, contribute to discussions, and provide recommendations on key issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to the senior leadership team
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational strategy
  • Attend board meetings and participate in discussions
  • Provide recommendations on key issues and opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of senior leadership experience, ideally in a public sector or non-profit organisation. You will also need to have a deep understanding of governance and strategic leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
