We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Education Assistant to join our team at a fantastic school in Rugby. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing excellent support and teaching to our pupils in the Reception Class.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children in learning and play activities.
  • Closely work with pupils who experience difficulties in the classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Adapt your support and approach according to the needs of the children.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Passion to support and engage children with a range of learning needs.
  • Training and/or qualifications working with children with ASD is desirable.
