About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Twinings. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate our world-class machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Lead Production Team: Collaborate with team members to drive operational performance, meet production targets, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Apply analytical skills to resolve issues and identify opportunities for process improvements, involving relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Accurately complete daily reports, analyze production data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Support the development of team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Comply with health and safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Rotating Shift Pattern: Ability to work a rotating double day shift pattern, including early morning and evening shifts.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage own time.
  • Reliability and Self-Motivation: Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
