Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve:

  • Conducting functional testing and programming of both new and existing products to fulfill client specifications.
  • Monitoring and diagnosing failure modes, providing insightful feedback to the Production Manager/Engineer.
  • Assembling units using bench-top testing equipment, adhering to provided guidelines or schematics.
  • Setting up and dismantling Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test racks for various circuit board types.
  • Assisting in the training of colleagues to uphold the highest standards of quality.
Candidate Profile:

We are interested in connecting with individuals who possess a strong focus on output and performance enhancement, along with the capability to resolve issues collaboratively, leveraging their technical knowledge.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Experience in production testing and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing context, or familiarity with PCB testing environments is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary starting at £24,200 per annum, with potential increases following successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:30 to 15:30.
  • Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
