About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Farm Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
