Job Title: Senior Central Operations Executive

About the Role:

The Senior Central Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial support team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer invoice disputes, processing credits and recharges, and maintaining accurate customer data. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage varied workloads and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer invoice disputes and process credits/recharges in accordance with Sales Ops SLA's and company guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for print and digital orders.
  • Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on revenue risks and discrepancies.
  • Manage customer data and ensure accuracy in downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Comply with audit requests and manage queries to ensure resolution within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage varied workloads and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
