Job Title: Community Care Assistant, Specialist Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our Specialist Care Team in North Manchester, Prestwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including medication management, budgeting, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to access local community resources, engage in social activities, and maintain relationships with friends and family.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
