About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Meallmore, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Overseeing all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments and evaluations of residents' needs
- Mentoring and supporting your team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Role-modeling best practice and promoting a culture of excellence
