Anaesthetics ITU Specialist Registrar Locum

Medical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Specialist Registrar to join our team in Anaesthetics ITU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care in your area of specialty under the supervision of a Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the teaching and training programs for medical students and junior staff.
- Engage in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to NHS Trust guidelines and policies regarding patient safety, infection control, and data protection.
- Participate in mandatory training and regular appraisals.
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completed core training (CST/CT2) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience in a relevant specialty.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in conducting clinical audits or research.
