Job Title: Reliability and Failure Analysis Technician

At Project People, we are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Failure Analysis Technician to join our team. As a key member of our reliability team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze reliability test data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform hands-on failure analysis using internal resources and tools, including visual inspection and electro-luminance.
  • Develop and maintain failure analysis records and reports.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of test rigs and equipment.
  • Manage assigned tasks and deliver results within agreed timelines.
  • Participate in internal and external technical training programs.
Person Specification:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle small-size samples.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours.
