About Elysium Healthcare:
In your role, you will be part of Elysium Healthcare, a rehabilitation service dedicated to active rehabilitation for future community placements.
Our service users may be detained under the Mental Health Act and typically include individuals with mental health disorders transitioning from acute or low secure settings or the community.
As part of a collaborative team, you will assist service users in maintaining connections, accessing opportunities, and preparing for community living.
What you will receive:
- Annual salary of £23,692.50
- The equivalent of 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) – plus an additional day off for your birthday
