About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to join our Employment Affairs Unit (EAU) for the Sizewell C project. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective relationships among Project Managers, Site Teams, and contractors, while ensuring compliance with relevant licenses and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Tier 1 contract partners, Trade Unions, and local authorities.
  • Develop and implement clear processes to manage the on-site workforce and ensure compliance with People Requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Create engaging activities and communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex project environments.
  • Strong compliance expertise and experience in commercial and procurement processes.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to navigate changing and ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
